We are looking for a candidate with:

• 1 - 3 years of experience as an F & I Manager in the automotive industry
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude with the desire to succeed
• The ability to approach clients with confidence and ease with a friendly demeanour
• OMVIC Certification and a clean background check
• Valid driver license with a clean driving abstract
• Must have the ability to provide a thorough explanation of aftermarket products

We offer a competitive compensation plan including base salary, uncapped commissions, a car allowance or company demo, and the opportunity to achieve monthly performance based bonuses. Successful applications will have the potential to earn more than $ 72,000 per year with a flexible 5-day work schedule.
